Teacups and Ribbon Smash Cake

I was fortunate enough to be invited to this birthday party, so I got to eat one of these teacup cupcakes.  Might I just say that they were delicious!  White wedding cake, raspberry filling and vanilla pastry cream filling with buttercream frosting *sigh*.

It was not only the birthday girl's first birthday, but the first time she had eaten any cake!  I am not sure how she can be a relative of mine and this be a possibility.  The poor baby girl was not too happy about getting this strange frosting stuff all over her.  I am hoping that in later years she will come to appreciate my baking ;)

New Cupcake Flavors!

Sorry, I haven't posted for a while!  There was Thanksgiving, and Christmas, a lot of orders to make, and a bunch of other exciting things going on (that I don't want to announce yet....) AND cupcake testing!

So, here are three of the new cupcake flavors that I have been perfecting! 

  

Grasshopper

Fudge Drizzle and an Andes' Mint on Top

Chocolate Covered Cherry

Chocolate Cake, Cherry Filling, Cherry Vanilla Buttercream Frosting,

Dark Chocolate Ganache, and a Maraschino Cherry on Top

Peanut Butter Cup

Chocolate Cake,Chocolate Buttercream Filling, Peanut Butter 

Cream Cheese Frosting, Fudge Drizzle, Peanut Butter Cup on Top
